The role of a HR Professional is rewarding but also complex. Heavy workloads and tight deadlines are coupled with the responsibility of rolling out business critical projects that often impact many. So it’s understandable then that feelings of pressure and overwhelm can mount. But in a role where, for extended periods of time, this can often become the norm it’s important to know what steps to put in place to proactively combat these feelings, helping you move from feeling overwhelmed to actually flourishing.

Join INTOO on Tuesday 25th September at the exclusive Hospital Club, where we will be joined by Carlos Davidovich, International Coach, NeuroManagement expert and a member of Forbes Coaches Council who will introduce the concept of our ‘multiple brains’. Learn how each ‘brain’ contributes to feeling overwhelmed and the impact it has on our working life, and explore our seven steps to help you thrive in highly pressurised, overwhelming situations.
