With the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme having been extended until March 2021, there are new practicalities for HR and the wider business environment that need to be considered by all employers. The Furlough scheme will cover 80% of wages up to £2500 per month, much like it did back in the summer, and employer’s that haven’t taken advantage of the scheme now have a second chance to do so.
