HBR: Remote managers are having trust issues

A recent study carried out during the coronavirus pandemic shows that a large number of managers are struggling with the effective management of people working from home, with this translating into many workers feeling untrusted and micromanaged.

The findings, as detailed in this Harvard Business Review article, highlight an urgent need to develop manager’s skills in this area as well as five research backed tips to help leaders adapt to the working from home era.
