Despite the fact that mentoring is becoming increasingly popular as a successful learning and development tool, theHRDIRECTOR reports that only one in eight employees have a mentor.

The vast majority of employees who have received mentoring view it as helpful and key to their career development – and yet only a fraction of people are actively benefiting from the experience. Farrar, the Chief Executive at AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) goes into further detail about this phenomenon in the full article, which you can find here: https://www.thehrdirector.com/business-news/behaviour/just-one-eight-employees-mentor3002019/
