According to statistics, one in four British people are affected by mental health issues each year, making mental health a topic that should be at the forefront of every company’s agenda. Though most are making the effort to readily discuss mental health and ensure that employees are comfortable discussing their problems, a certain stigma remains that continues to silence people around the topic.
