INTOO was delighted to exhibit again at the CIPD Festival of Work 2024. The event took place at ExCeL London on 12 and 13 June 2024.<\/p>\n

It brought together HR, learning and business leaders from across the UK. Together, they explored the future of work and the changing needs of employees.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s event theme was Come Curious, Leave Inspired<\/strong>. Therefore, it created a valuable space for fresh thinking, practical ideas and meaningful conversations.<\/p>\n

Supporting people through change<\/h2>\n

At INTOO, we work with organisations to develop the potential of their people. We also help employers improve performance and support skills transition as business needs change.<\/p>\n

During the event, our team spoke with HR leaders about several key people challenges. These included outplacement<\/a>, career development<\/a>, employee engagement and future skills.<\/p>\n

In addition, we discussed how organisations can better support employees through uncertainty. These conversations are especially important as work continues to change.<\/p>\n

Sharing future of work insight<\/h2>\n

Visitors to stand C71 were invited to learn more about INTOO\u2019s Future World of Work Research Report, 2024 3rd edition: Work: How, Where, When & Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The report explored the trends shaping the UK workforce. It also looked at what these changes mean for organisations and HR teams.<\/p>\n
