Though some may\u00a0question this reaction\u00a0considering the positive effects of digital automation, we must acknowledge that this is a natural response \u2013 especially to the threatening idea of technological advancements displacing some employees in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Though we cannot prevent change, we can make these workplace transitions easier by softening the effects on employees and reducing fear.
