\u2018Agile\u2019 is not a new approach, it has been around for decades in software development, yet increasingly organisations are recognising that all teams would benefit from working less rigidly.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s easy to see why. Agile working has the potential to help organisations manage rapid change and navigate complex decisions in a rapidly changing environment, which in today’s market can only be a win-win for all business functions.<\/p>\n
