This year, 89% of employees said it\u2019s a great place to work\u201430 points higher than the average U.S. company.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatplacetowork.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23641 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.intoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2023\/11\/1_Were_Certified.jpg\" alt=\"We're Great Place to Work-Certified!\" width=\"800\" height=\"566\" \/><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatplacetowork.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Great Place to Work<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00ae<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Certification is earned based on INTOO employee responses to a Trust Index<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Survey, which included questions about workplace quality. Subcategories included management, pride in their work, innovation, fairness and inclusivity. In addition, a culture assessment was submitted that provided an overview of INTOO\u2019s employee demographics and organizational programs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Survey findings include:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">97% of employees say management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">96% of employees say people are treated fairly regardless of their age or gender<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">92% of employees feel deep camaraderie with their team and feel consider that there is a sense of \u201cfamily\u201d or \u201cteam\u201d at the company<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">91% of employees view their individual contributions as being valuable to the organization<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">90% of employees have pride in their team, their team\u2019s accomplishments, and expressed their willingness to give extra for the benefit of the team<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cGreat Place to Work Certification\u2122 isn\u2019t something that comes easily \u2013 it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,\u201d said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. \u201cIt\u2019s the only official recognition determined by employees\u2019 real-time reports of their company culture.
