Subcategories included management, pride in their work, innovation, fairness and inclusivity. In addition, a culture assessment was submitted that provided an overview of INTOO\u2019s employee demographics and organizational programs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Survey findings include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">98% of employees say management promotes inclusive behavior and avoids discrimination\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">95% of employees view their individual contributions as being valuable to the organization<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">92% of employees feel a strong sense of community, camaraderie, hospitality, and intimacy with their colleagues<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">91% of employees say the company values innovation and strives to continuously respond to market challenges<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">91% of employees have pride in their team, their team\u2019s accomplishments, and expressed their willingness to give extra for the benefit of the team<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cGreat Place to Work Certification\u2122 isn\u2019t something that comes easily \u2013 it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,\u201d said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. \u201cIt\u2019s the only official recognition determined by employees\u2019 real-time reports of their company culture.
