INTOO was delighted to exhibit again at the CIPD Festival of Work 2024. The event took place at ExCeL London on 12 and 13 June 2024.
It brought together HR, learning and business leaders from across the UK. Together, they explored the future of work and the changing needs of employees.
This year’s event theme was Come Curious, Leave Inspired. Therefore, it created a valuable space for fresh thinking, practical ideas and meaningful conversations.
Supporting people through change
At INTOO, we work with organisations to develop the potential of their people. We also help employers improve performance and support skills transition as business needs change.
During the event, our team spoke with HR leaders about several key people challenges. These included outplacement, career development, employee engagement and future skills.
In addition, we discussed how organisations can better support employees through uncertainty. These conversations are especially important as work continues to change.
Sharing future of work insight
Visitors to stand C71 were invited to learn more about INTOO’s Future World of Work Research Report, 2024 3rd edition: Work: How, Where, When & Why?
The report explored the trends shaping the UK workforce. It also looked at what these changes mean for organisations and HR teams.
Key themes included:
- How people’s relationship with work is changing
- The employer and employee engagement challenge
- The skills employees may need in the future
- Career development in uncertain times
- Practical ways to support people through change
These insights helped guide many of our conversations at the event. As a result, visitors could explore the data behind some of the biggest workforce challenges facing employers.
Connecting with HR leaders
The CIPD Festival of Work continues to be an important event for HR professionals. It brings people together to share ideas, explore challenges and learn from each other.
For INTOO, it was a great opportunity to reconnect with existing contacts. It also allowed us to meet new HR leaders and discuss the support organisations need.
