INTOO was delighted to exhibit once again at the CIPD Festival of Work 2025. The event took place at ExCeL London on 11 and 12 June 2025. It brought together HR, learning and business leaders to explore the future of work.
This year’s theme was Good Work is Good Business. As a result, the event created a valuable space for conversations about people, performance and workplace change.
Supporting people through change
At INTOO, we work with organisations and HR teams to support their people through change. We help employers develop talent, strengthen performance and support skills transition as business needs evolve.
During the event, our team spoke with visitors about several key people challenges. These included outplacement, career development, leadership support and employee engagement.
We also discussed the changing relationship between people and work. In addition, we shared insight into the skills that employees may need in the future.
Sharing workforce insight
Visitors to stand C42 were invited to learn more about INTOO’s latest research. This research explored the trends shaping the UK workforce.
It covered several important themes. These included the changing relationship people have with work, the employer and employee engagement challenge, future skills and career development in uncertain times.
These topics continue to be important for HR leaders. Therefore, the event gave us a useful opportunity to discuss what these changes mean in practice.
Connecting with HR leaders
The CIPD Festival of Work continues to be an important event for HR professionals. It brings people together to share ideas, explore challenges and discuss better ways to support employees.
For INTOO, it was a great opportunity to reconnect with existing contacts. It also allowed us to meet new HR leaders and discuss the practical support organisations need.
