Date: 10 to 11 June 2026
Location: ExCeL London
Event: CIPD Festival of Work 2026
Stand: K69
INTOO was delighted to attend the CIPD Festival of Work 2026. The event took place at ExCeL London on 10 and 11 June 2026.
This year’s event focused on the people who drive productivity. It brought together HR, L&D and business leaders to explore the future of work.
Across the two days, the event created space for expert insight, practical learning and meaningful networking. It also gave people professionals the chance to discuss how organisations can become more productive, resilient and future-ready.
Supporting organisations through change
At INTOO, we support organisations and their people through change. We help employers manage transition, develop talent and build confidence during uncertain times.
During the event, our team spoke with HR leaders about the challenges facing people teams today. These included outplacement, workforce change, career development, leadership support and employee engagement.
These conversations are especially important as organisations respond to new expectations around work, skills and trust. Therefore, the festival offered a valuable opportunity to discuss practical support for employers and employees.
Launching our 2026 Future World of Work Report
The CIPD Festival of Work also marked the launch of INTOO’s 2026 Future World of Work Report.
One of the key themes in this year’s report is the growing Trust Gap between employers and employees. This insight opened up useful conversations with visitors to our stand.
It also highlighted the need for organisations to listen carefully, communicate clearly and support their people with confidence. As a result, the report provided a strong foundation for discussions about the future of work.
Exploring the future of work
The 2026 festival brought together a wide range of sessions, speakers and exhibitors. Topics included workplace productivity, leadership, wellbeing, skills, AI and employee experience.
In addition, the event included interactive experiences and practical sessions for people professionals. These gave attendees useful ideas to take back into their own organisations.
For INTOO, it was a valuable opportunity to connect with HR leaders and share our expertise in outplacement, career development and organisational change.
