As we look back on 2025, we are proud to share the impact of our work across outplacement, career transition, coaching and leadership support. INTOO Wrapped 2025 brings together key insights from the year, showing how we supported individuals and organisations through change and uncertainty.
Throughout 2025, we worked with clients across more than 62 sectors and supported individuals in 69 different countries. Our services helped people navigate redundancy, rethink their careers and move forward with confidence. Notably, 78% of our outplacement clients secured a new role in a new organisation, while others chose self employment, portfolio careers or new ways of working that better suited their lives.
We also saw strong demand for coaching support, with key themes including promotion and first 90 days, resilience, managing work relationships, strategy planning, parental coaching and cross cultural awareness. These conversations reflected a changing workplace, from longer recruitment cycles to evolving views on hybrid working.
