‘Agile’ is not a new approach, it has been around for decades in software development, yet increasingly organisations are recognising that all teams would benefit from working less rigidly.
It’s easy to see why. Agile working has the potential to help organisations manage rapid change and navigate complex decisions in a rapidly changing environment, which in today’s market can only be a win-win for all business functions.
