Our recent Webinar, ‘Free Event for HR Professionals: Taking care of your own wellbeing and resilience’, took an expert look into developing a positive mindset and managing stress, using 3 key steps to building resilience and wellbeing. With ongoing changes and uncertainty caused by the pandemic, employers are becoming increasingly conscious of the wellbeing and burnout state of their employees. HR professionals keep the cogs turning and are often the custodians of employee wellbeing, often to the detriment of their own, which is why we hosted a virtual experiential HR Resilience Event, providing our attendees with the opportunity to take 45 minutes to focus on their needs.
Led by INTOO’s Owen Morgan and Coach and Positive Psychology practitioner Emma Hackett, the webinar focused on:
- Managing stress in the moment
- Adopting a positive mindset
- Creating a self-care plan to improve wellbeing
This Webinar provided attendees with a great opportunity to step back and learn practical wellbeing strategies that can be applied and shared with wider teams.
