We are proud to announce that INTOO USA has been awarded Multiple Globee® Awards in the 2021 Golden Bridge Awards and Sales and Customer Service Excellence Awards

The 13th Annual 2021 Golden Bridge Business and Innovation Awards program recognized the world’s best in organizational performance, products and services, innovations, executives and management teams, women in business and the professions, case studies and successful deployments, public relations and marketing campaigns, product management, websites, blogs, white-papers, videos, advertisements, creativity, partner programs, and customer satisfaction programs from all industries all over the world.

The 8th Annual 2021 Sales and Customer Service Excellence Awards honored achievements in customer and client service disciplines worldwide.

INTOO’s coaching team was recognized with three awards: the Golden Bridge Gold Globee® for Customer Success Team of the Year, and the Sales and Customer Service Excellence Gold Globee® for Customer Success of the Year | Service (All) Industries and Silver Globee® for Customer Service & Support Team of the Year | During COVID-19 — each for the team’s efforts meeting an 87% demand increase during COVID-19, while retaining a 97% satisfaction rating.

INTOO’s Client Success team was awarded the Golden Bridge Silver Globee® for Customer Service and Support Team of the Year and the Sales and Customer Service Excellence Silver Globee® for Customer Service & Support Department of the Year | Service (All) Industries—both for adapting to unprecedented growth while delivering for clients during the pandemic.

“INTOO’s team members continue to deliver for our clients and the candidates who use our services by exemplifying our core values of speed, innovation, collaboration, and caring,” says INTOO USA CEO Yair Riemer. “This past year was difficult for so many, so we’re particularly proud of the impact they made in such challenging circumstances.”
