- And since workers are more likely to be productive and perform well when they feel trusted and have autonomy, these “solutions” may be anything but.
- If a company does resort to using the software, being transparent with their workforce is essential, as is having a clear strategy for its implementation and usage.
- In fact, if the employer shares the productivity data from the software with employees and gets workers involved, they’re more likely to get their buy-in.
