Intoo (formerly CareerArc Outplacement) announced today a strategic alliance with Mercer–a global consulting leader in advancing health, wealth, and careers, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (NYSE: MMC)–to provide employers with an innovative technology solution designed to enhance the candidate experience, protect employer brand, and keep job applicants interested in future opportunities.

The first of several innovations to come from this alliance, Mercer Intoo Candidate Experience gives employers an easy way to offer all job applicants help with their next career step by providing declined candidates a software platform equipped with job search assistance tools and resources, including resume and cover letter builders, skills assessments, video interview practicing tools, job matching technology – including Mercer MatchTM, Mercer’s new game-based approach – and more.

Mercer Intoo Candidate Care

“With the Mercer Intoo Candidate Experience service, our clients have an incredible opportunity to build their brand by giving declined candidates access to a tool that helps them find their next career opportunity faster,” said Ilya Bonic, Senior Partner and President of Mercer’s Talent business. “I’m energized by the opportunity to benefit society by helping individuals – in high volumes – secure their next opportunity in a fraction of the time it would take without this service.”

“In today’s world of social media, the reputation of companies can be impacted dramatically by transitioning employees and declined candidates, especially if they’re not treated respectfully,” said Robin D. Richards, Chairman of Intoo USA. “It’s more important than ever for companies to provide world-class job assistance to all employees while amplifying and protecting their brand in the marketplace.”
