This November, Career Star Group (CSG) awarded INTOO USA’s Client Success team with the CSG Dream Team award. Karen Sheridan, VP of Client Success, Christa Juenger, Client Success Manager, and Marly Erickson, Client Success Associate were the recipients for their excellent work helping to implement expanded international programming for an existing Fortune 1000 U.S. tech client. In addition to providing one-on-one, local, in-country coaching, the team helped roll out the INTOO technology platform for use in multiple countries, in different languages.

Karen, Christa and Marly coordinated with team leaders from CSG outplacement partner companies globally to ensure that exiting employees in each of the company’s locations would be equipped with the same quality outplacement that candidates were accustomed to receiving in the U.S., while benefiting from the knowledge of regional markets, business customs, and laws that result from using local coaches.

“This team showed us how the impossible can become possible,” said Cetti Galante, Managing Director of INTOO Italy and Board Chair of Career Star Group, in her presentation of this award to the team.

INTOO delivers outplacement in 37 languages across 102 countries in partnership with Career Star Group’s global alliance of the world’s leading career transition and outplacement providers. With 1,550 highly qualified coaches supporting 68,000 career transitions each year, together we provide multinational companies with access to the best career transition service providers wherever workforce changes occur.
