This November, Career Star Group (CSG) awarded INTOO USA’s Client Success team with the CSG Dream Team award. Karen Sheridan, VP of Client Success, Christa Juenger, Client Success Manager, and Marly Erickson, Client Success Associate were the recipients for their excellent work helping to implement expanded international programming for an existing Fortune 1000 U.S. tech client. In addition to providing one-on-one, local, in-country coaching, the team helped roll out the INTOO technology platform for use in multiple countries, in different languages.

Karen, Christa and Marly coordinated with team leaders from CSG outplacement partner companies globally to ensure that exiting employees in each of the company’s locations would be equipped with the same quality outplacement that candidates were accustomed to receiving in the U.S., while benefiting from the knowledge of regional markets, business customs, and laws that result from using local coaches.
