INTOO USA is excited to announce our new integrated coursework from educational content providers edX, Coursera and Udemy. The inclusion of this content in our career development and outplacement platforms will empower professionals to expand their knowledge, skills, and expertise as they grow in their careers and seek new employment.

Upskilling is a top concern of today’s workers, according to Prudential’s Pulse of the American Worker Survey: “Nearly half of workers (46%) say the pandemic caused them to reevaluate their skill sets, and 1 in 5 (19%) say it has made pursuing education or learning a new skill a greater priority.”

It is also a top concern of employers, who may struggle to retain employees. The World Economic Forum’s The Future of Jobs Report 2020 states that due to the skills gap that will continue over the next five years, about 40% of all workers will require reskilling, and that an “average of 66% of employers surveyed expect to get a return on investment in upskilling and reskilling within one year.”

With this launch, INTOO delivers on-demand courses on subjects including finance, project management, marketing, computer science, and more. Professionals can filter the results by topic and language and will work with career coaches to create a personalized development plan and learning goals based on their individual career aspirations.

“We’re thrilled that professionals will have this extensive set of course offerings at their fingertips to better position themselves for growth within their organization or for new opportunities following a layoff,” says INTOO USA CEO Yair Riemer. “Our coaches help tens of thousands successfully land new opportunities each year, and we’re proud to provide another resource that will advance the partnership between coaches and professionals. It’s an exciting benefit that perfectly aligns with today’s professionals’ needs and interests, and which will create expansive possibilities for those pursuing their next career move.”In every stage of the employee lifecycle, INTOO helps employers protect their brand through effective candidate experience, career mobility, and outplacement services. Contact us to learn how we can make a difference for you and your employees.
